When you rent equipment from us, you have the option to add insurance for certain items. This insurance is not automatically included in the rental cost.
Once you've selected your bike, you'll have the option to insure it against damage and theft in the next step of the booking process. We highly recommend considering this option to ensure adequate coverage for the duration of your rental. Purchasing insurance also reduces your security deposit.
Cutlery
You are protected against accidental and total damage, theft by burglary, assault or when the bike is attached to a fixed point with our locks (request them, they are not delivered automatically)
Not covered
Certain situations are not covered by TULIP warranties, such as punctures, intentional damage, unattached accessories, and theft by negligence.
In the event of a claim, a 10% deductible applies, with a minimum of €10 for claims under €100.
